Radiocaster: For some reason I imagine it would be like a deep-end conspiracy book where the writer desperately tries to understand how Katia can live in Cyrodil despite not being a registered citizen because they think there's actually an enforced citizen registry and instead she must be some evil superintelligent enchantress who can charm government officials into making exceptions to the citizen registry. It's kind of sad that the most convincing reason I can think of for Katia to get a book written about her is for a clinically insane person to write it.
