Describe This Image As Dramatically As Possible

Man_Of_Mer: I've had the idea for a few years now. I really want it to come to life, and expand the Prequel universe. The problem though is my schedule, you know, school and all. Hopefully this site is still up in 3 years, because then and only then can I make this webcomic. In due time, I'll send a pilot to Kazerad, and if possible, soon. Until then, my story will have to wait.

Mediocre_Scrublord: write an extremely brief synopsis

CaptainLackwit: Just ensure that it offers the same quality and make sure to always trim the fat. Never go for anything too expansive when branching off of anything else, and remember the charm of prequel in the first place.

Man_Of_Mer: @Mediocre_Scrublord: Okay, so; She's been traveling around Tamriel, having a complex reason that she can't go home, she must hide her identity. This particular story shows her travels in Skyrim, taking place 10 years after the Dragon Crisis. She tries to make her contact with other Khajiit as brief as possible, for they are part of her reason she can't go home. Being a ruthless fighter, she does not know how to negotiate in a peaceful way; a fatal flaw. So yeah, that's the set up for my plot so far.

DestinedFateX: I used to want to send my OCs to Kazerad, then I took an arrow in the knee.

DestinedFateX: Well, you have to remember that Kazerad probably has his own ideas for his own webcomic. I did have a similar idea to throw an OC at Kazerad, but I [strike]decided not to go through with it[/strike] felt like I was doing something stupid. That's not to say what you're trying to do is a waste of time. If you plan on eventually making a webcomic presumably based on The Elder Scrolls you don't need to link it to Prequel, but if you really want to you can either email Kaz and ask him for advice/permission. Also, he has a tumblr and likes to write interesting essays on it.

Man_Of_Mer: I see your point, but this story is indirect. Remember, it's taking place on the 212th year of the 4th Era, so it should leave a lot of room to prevent plot holes. For example; Katia's ghost wears Imperial armor. Kaz could easily create an explanation within a span of 200 years. This will not be some fanfiction or an alternate ending for Prequel, this is essentially a sequel (no pun intended).

Mediocre_Scrublord: eh, I would think that if the character has not a lot to do with Katia herself, then it's much closer to elder scrolls fanfiction, rather than prequel.

- Reply
Mediocre_Scrublord: It can just be an elderscrolls fanfic comic thing about your Khajiit warrior lass doing her things

Man_Of_Mer: There will be plenty of Prequel homage and references. Even some characters from the current story will be involved, but in a reasonable and sensible way.

CaptainLackwit: I'd say wait until prequel ends, then plan. That way plans don't get dashed. Gives you time to think, "Do I really want to do this, or tell my own thing?"

- Reply
Man_Of_Mer: Sounds reasonable, but that'll be a hell of a long time.

CaptainLackwit: "Plenty of time my sweet, plenty of time." Oh god I'm sorry. But really. Taking your time to do this kind of stuff is really never a bad idea. Gotta' say though, that's definitely a nice armor design.

Man_Of_Mer: Thank you, but I think it's best that you ,"Polish my spear." :P
