MrTimotei: This was drawn in "Colors 3D", a drawing application for the Nintendo 3DS, that also allows you to make 3D pictures.
If you view the source, watch the playback of the drawing (you can also just skip right through it), and then click down on the image, you can get a sense of the 3D.
