Considering they take graphics from the comic itself, put them in a background they took from image searching and add filtering to them. This means they're not a good artist, was never raised to be a good artist and are spreading his flawed ideology on how art works onto people because that's how his world works according to him. Kazerad is American, so he's more free to do what he wants outside of any middle eastern rules.

I can tell all this because my land suffered because of people like Mahyar. People are different. Accept that!
