bluedraggy: Nipples aren't in-and-of-themselves grounds for removal from the booru. I know, I once counted every image with female-presenting nipples. It was a large number. I think the qualifier is if something else about it makes it more than just a cat boob picture. I've removed them on occasion to keep it from being an issue, but a few pink pixels up there aren't over the top.

And yes, your mind is dirty too. To quote a famous person... "Why not both?"
