Honestly, I don't like these textures, especially on the head. Such realistic textures is totally not the first thing that needs for good picture. Also eyes and nose looks kinda out of place.

This One is missing your nice, soft, warm-hearted artstyle.

CandyDragon: @Rick2tails: White and yellow are very Daisy, and central in the great gatsby. The white on Katia and the overwhelming amount of white everywhere else is pretty ironic and yellow in this instance is very fitting. Of course Katia is always yellow but the abundance of white and the outlines on her dress really bring it out. If this had more 1920's vibes thrown in it would be golden. (heh) Sorry for my nerdyness. I really enjoyed reading the great gatsby and this just brought it back for me.

Rick2tails: @candydrsgon. theres nothing wrong with using black on black in a picture or white on white. but if you dont use a contrasting color between the background and the character it all just gets lost in the background

Chum: As simple as it may look, it shows the simplicity of the cat's intelligence and life thus far. It also shows us how people think of Khajits, as but a cat, and not as a seperate race. As well as all this, it shows her two unique attributes, being an alcoholic and being able to cast fire at whim. I believe that the artist was trying to convey what the world thinks of Katia.
