Radian: @RoninSmall: Да акрил\гуашь мне нравятся куда больше но дело в другом - акварель это крайне удобный вариант для портативного наборчика. Мало весит, никакие баночки\тюбики откручивать\закручивать не надо, быстро сохнет и рисунок и сама краска (по сути сухое состояние является нормальным), не присыхает намертво - потом можно отмыть без проблем.
Но в работе акварель это та еще задница, согласен. Она мне скорее для небольших цветных скетчей а не для чего-то серьезного, например эта Катя нарисована на А5, причем поперек, в высоту сантиметров 10 (с ушами 12 :3 )

к слову да, я люблю акварелью в набросках единым пятном задавать обьекту свой цвет, подмалевок делать - дальше ковыряю штрихами. веселая штука. но я никак не понимаю академиков, которые акварелью стремятся рисовать реалистично. этажипиздец какие вонючие понты а ненависть к себе любимому

Акварель при своей весьма высокой мобильности дает довольно неплохие возможности, что мне собственно и нужно. Ибо дома я на компе порисую :)

Ток красками, думаю, в принципе глупо надеяться в супер точность линий и миниатюрную детализацию.

Oh... My... GOD this was all so beautiful! The whole hiatus thing aside, I'm glad Kaz decided to go down the path of using a painted/realistic graphical style for the update. It's just so atmospheric and stylish. It goes without saying, but fantastic work.
