Brevity is the soul of wit. In essence, make anything the comes from your whelpling fingers be succinct, and that you don't overstay your welcome. Writing for too long can...
AMKitsune: @Geravind: There is shading here (quite nice shading in fact). It's just very low contrast in some areas. It's probably the perspective of the road and Katia's shadow that's giving you a 2D vibe more so than the shading.
That aside though,
@Radian: the anatomy, pose, clothing and shading (while a bit low contrast in places) really is spot on.
If I could make one suggestion though, a good way to add a sense of depth to a picture is to both blur and fade shadows more as they fall further away from the subject casting them. Different light sources can cast shadows differently but that's a good rule of thumb for natural sunlight of other kinds of 'single source diffuse light'.
Radian: @AMKitsune: Thanks for critic and advises. I've tried to apply some perspective and make "close camera" effect. Maybe this is reason for wrong understanding.
Armored-Struggle-Wagon: @Radian: By too lemon flavoured I mean It's so yellow it's practically /green/ esp. Around her head, add some orange, or even some red, but not grellow. Maybe it's just me, idk :P
