Model contain Katia herself and her wizard robe, even tho you can remove latter if you wish so... It's still gonna be SFW, don't you worry:) Oh, and there also a separate texture with painted underwear as well!

Kibermozgai: @Nicros_Man: Yeah, I was happy to order it as well! So far the only downside is that it was made in Maya, whitch is not as popular as blender or sfm. I do hope that I can find someone who could port it to this engines
