After all, invisibility didn't work, so by process of elimination, extreme visibility is the best bet. Now THAT is some admirable witchhunter logic!

But aren't Catwoman's goggles mostly for night vision? And the laser-vision wouldn't be much help either, considering the noticeable lack of lasers in Tamriel. And disguising the face doesn't help much when you're talking about a giant bipedal cat.

The fact that Katia's equipped with mostly redundant/dangerous gear is honestly pretty in-character for her. And even if it weren't, this is still a damn fine job.
