And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I don't make a habit of trying to draw.
As per the spirit of the 'challenge', the only tool used was the brush tool. No mouse smoothing software or cheats like keyboard modifiers to create straight lines or anything. (Ok, I did blow up the brush size a few times to make circles, but is that really cheating?)
