While the Cloak of Gray Tomorrow is an actual thing in the comic, this version of the tag is used for all the early fan designs for the (at the time) unseen outfit.
Unless you've figured out the secrets of time travel and fancy going back to make a new concept design for the cloak, there's really no reason to use this tag.
The final cloak as it appears in the comic instead has the surprisingly apt Cloak_of_Gray_Tomorrow tag with Katia's accompanying sneaking suit tagged
as Katia's_thief_tunic.
